Review on 'Burning Bright'

'Burning Bright' is a novel by Tracy Chevalier. The story is set in 1792 and is about a family from Dorset who move to London with the opportunity of the father getting a better job; plus they want to get away from the village where their eldest son died suddenly. The youngest son- Jem makes friends with a girl, native to London, with whom he learns about London and the dangers of the city. They are also neighbours with the famous poet- William Blake, author of the poem 'The Tyger'.  Although it is a children's literature, I think it is probably suitable for ages twelve and up.
